Number of Azerbaijan's population announced

Number of Azerbaijan

The number of the Azerbaijani population has been announced.

The population has risen by 42,274, or 0.4%, since early 2022 and reached 10,198,640 as of September 1, 2022, AzVision.az reports citing the State Statistical Committee,

Some 52.9% of the population are urban residents, while 47.1% are rural residents.
